For real estate undergraduates

Since 2008, Bloomfield Capital has been leveraging an extensive depth of real estate and finance expertise to fund and invest in high-quality commercial real estate projects nationwide. We understand the importance of higher education, and we’ve created the Bloomfield Capital Finance Scholarship to provide support and assistance to exceptional students aspiring towards a career in commercial real estate or finance.

The Bloomfield Capital Finance Scholarship will award up to $1,000 in funds to a qualified rising junior or senior student enrolled in a program of study in the fields of real estate, business or finance, attending an accredited four year university in the United States, and who intends to pursue a career in commercial real estate or finance. Interested and eligible students are asked to submit a copy of their current transcript, as well as supporting documents listed under “APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS”. Applicants will be judged on their academic merits, as well as the content of the application essay they provide.
