Nevan Shokar Joins Bloomfield Capital
Bloomfield Capital is pleased to announce that it has expanded its investment team with the addition of Nevan Shokar as an Associate. He will be based in the firm’s Birmingham office and will play an integral role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities. Mr. Shokar joins Bloomfield from Miller Capital Advisory, where he was involved with placing investments for the largest pension fund in the country, most notably the acquisition of Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas. He previously worked on the investment team at Welltower where he acquired, developed, managed, and repositioned over $700 million of senior living assets. Mr. Shokar graduated from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and remains active with their alumni network.
